TRINITY ELDERS
The objectives of the Elders Ministry Team are the spiritual welfare of the pastor(s) and congregation, and the supervision of everything pertaining to congregational worship. Whenever someone in our Trinity family needs a strong sense of belonging, elders demonstrate spiritual care that is strengthening and relational. Elders assist the pastor in providing for the spiritual life of the congregation. Elders are advocates through prayer for the spiritual, emotional, and physical health and welfare of the pastors and their families. Elders assist the pastor during worship services with prayers, scripture reading, assisting with Baptisms, and distribution of Communion. The elders each have a list of congregational members to whom they minister. Elders, when needed, minister to members who cannot attend worship services by bringing Communion and comfort to their homes. Each Trinity member is assigned to an elder. If you don’t know who your elder is, please contact the office at 386-323-1691, TLCHURCH@CFL.RR.COM
