- On the first Sunday each month we have coffee hour and fellowship. In November we celebrated three birthdays of faithful members and friends who are all over 90.
BLESSING BAGS: Thanks to everyone for your generous donations to the "Go Serve" Social Ministry Blessing Bag project. We received enough donations to provide 150 bags for the Holly Hill PD to distribute to the homeless. In addition we have 25 plus bags for the children that the police encounter in certain situations. Lastly, we have "Thank you bags" with treats for our Holly Hill Officers to show our appreciation for all that they do.
On Sunday, October 10th, after church, volunteers formed an assembly line and packed the bags! Thank you notes for the officers and a note of encouragement to the homeless with personal notes were written.
Sandra Warley and Pat Matthews attended the LWML Space Coast Rally and enjoyed the fellowhip with many other groups of LWML.
Our treat filled bags included the story of the pretzel and the praying hands, a tract that told them God Loves You, a glow in the dark cross - and of course candy!
We hosted Memories, an art show for member and local well known artist, Betty Krausman on October 21 at the lovely River Lily Inn B & B in Holly Hill. Betty generously donated the proceeds to Trinity's new organ fund! Thank you to Betty Krausman, River Lily Inn B & B, the 15 volunteers, and Thrivent for their grant to assist us. It was well attended and a huge success.
Below is the first visitation with Riviera residents. We introduced chimes and utilized the time getting to know the residents. We are looking forward to our next visits to include Bible Study.
Our Go Tell team joined the event. We had a tent and Pastor Moore's red 1928 truck with a table full of goodies and activities for the children. Lots of fun and many opportunities to invite people to Trinity,
What a wonderful time was had by the children and staff of our first On Eagle's Wings Music Camp! The children were taught percussion, chorale, and hand bells while learning how much Jesus loves them. There was a daily Bible lesson, a craft, games, and of course a snack. At the end of the week the children put on a concert to show what they learned . The concert was attended by their families and Trinity members.
